How long was the longest time that you waited for PayPal to lift your limits after it

Hi all. My old PayPal got limited a few weeks ago and it asked for either phone verification or ID. I did the verification 3 weeks ago and this is still what it says :

"Thanks for checking in with us. Your documents are still being reviewed. We'll email you when your identity has been verified."

I never sent docs. Just verified by PiN

Has anyone encountered this ? How long did you have to wait for them to lift the limits ?
