eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - PayPal limited my account

For reasons relating to the safe use of the PayPal service we need some more information about the use of your debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account.

My account is 1.5 month old and the VCC was added when the account was created (not recently) not sure why I got this "unusual activity with the card" reason
My card bin is 466544, it seems to be mychoice VCC?

Is there anything that can be done to unlimit the account?

You just have to provide them with what they have asked for.

That's the point, I think that they already know that the card is a VCC
What kind of statement I should provide?

For a VCC no statement exists

They will know that yes.

Paypal limited my account today and ask me to provide SSN, ID, driving license, bank statement :(
