Hello,

I'm just wondering, If I create new paypal account and won't add vcc,credit card or bank account and receive money for something, is it bigger chance that I will get limited account than with new verified paypal account there I also receive money for something ?

Technically, yes - those other steps of adding this and that help increase the SECURITY of the account and help the account to be more SAFE in pp's eyes...

Yes, its okay to be no verified, just dont recieve more than 20$ as the first payment, start small, then increase payment to avoid instant limitiations
