Paypal permanently limited and this cannot be appealed.
 

Hello,
I have an USA paypal account. I am living and selling in Turkey.

My account has been permanently limited and this cannot be appealed. Because I am in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy regarding my sales / offers of prescription drug(cream contain Hydroquinone: Expigment Cream)

I really really do not know it is a prescription drug in USA.
This cream is sold by pharmacy without asking prescription in Turkey.
A lot of sellers from Turkey, Bulgaria etc on ebay sell this cream too many quantities and when I saw them, I decided to sell it.
I am new and an inexperienced seller on ebay.
When I checked other people selling that cream was sold on ebay for a long time, I did not think it can be illegal in USA.
My ebay feedback score is %100 .

What can I do?
How can I get back my account?

If the account has been permanently limited theres nothing you can do about it. That account is gone and you cannot get it back.
