Fixing Limitation by ilegal balance ??
 

Hello, Ive made a start up company using my business account Paypal. All doing just fine until I make website which has Paypal checkout etc.. Sadly a buyer buy a product which alert Paypal (maybe) as money laundry from (maybe) ilegal balance (hack account, carding etc..). I just called Paypal and they said "we dont need you anymore" then got permanently limited with 180 days wd limit. A call and sent mail (and document they required) everyday for a week, but it still permanently limited.

So what Im saying is, how can I know if people using ilegal balance while they just order me from the site ? Furthermore Paypal blame me and got permanently banned. Anything I can do for fix this ?

you do not know if a buyer is using a hacked/bad rep paypal, but usually it will not affect you on a normal transaction through a site, it's only if they suspect you are the same person/associated with the buyer somehow....often paypal to paypal transfer is suspicious too...

you say 'maybe', you do not know the reason for sure....

When this happened there are 2 transaction that alert paypal and auto dispute by Paypal itself + I got limitation. After a week the limitation goes to permanent.

The important thing is how can I know if my buyer (that buy from my website) has ilegal balance ? After weeks of googling etc I see many real company got this problem too, and sad to know there are no way to fixed this except buy Paypal verified account :(

What merchandise are you selling? If the items you're selling are highly subjected to scam buyers (ie, digital goods), your best bet is to move away from Paypal all together.
