My pp got limited for 180 days, 3 days ago i got a email from pp saying that i can withdraw to bank. Nice, ok. Then i tried link my payoneer account and got a error, i have send paypal a email asking what to do and they said that i need to click in "resolve" in my dashboard.
the problem is specially the bank (I used a female name to this paypal) and now i cant link any bank out of Brazil (my country) so payoneer is useless and idk what to do now.

Adding Payoneer was a extremely bad move because it is not accepted by PayPal at all, this is why the error message. Your account was limited to begin with and when you are finally able to withdraw you added a financial instrument that PayPal banned. Double whammy. You will be lucky if they give you another chance to withdraw. Your only option is to add a Brazilian bank or a US bank to withdrawl with proof of identity that matches the PayPal account info.
If the PP account is on your name, with REAL info, you can call PP and add your Payoneer Bank Account, they also even confirmed the account for you. BUT this PP account needs to be REAL with REAL info you can verify.
