My paypal account access has been limited permanently
 

Hello,

My paypal account access has been limited permanently because I
violates Paypal User Agreement. The limitation cannot be appealed. I've sold gel that is for prescription in U.S. I did not know that because here where I live it is available without any prescription and other sellers on ebay sells it for many years.

When I tried to use paypal account that belongs to other member of my family they limited this acconut as well.

What can I do in this situation ?

Hi,

In my opinion selling drugs on eBay with or without prescription is a easy way to burn your account. Before you list item you should check where this item is non prescription drug for sure and ship only to this countries. Every country have different laws about medicine and drugs. I burned that way two PayPal non stealth accounts. They are very sensitive when it comes to drugs.
I wrote them many messages. They stopped answering me at the end.
You can try with merchant account to accept debit/credit card payments.

Welcome to the forum - it is in your best interest to learn about stealth because it works for getting back on eb/pp.

Now as for your SPECIFIC type of sales of medication - that is a market you will need to research more and see how it works. Aguero has provided some insight that seems logical

When it comes to Accept credit or debit cards through eBay checkout I can use only Payflow Gateway Account . I am not sure if paypal can close my merchant account because I need to give my Full Name.
