About 12 PayPal accounts limited one by one!!
 

This is crazy.. Never happened before! i sell on eBay with stealth accounts for about 4 years, and this **** is new!
All my accounts was about 6 months old but without any activity.. All i do is open PayPal and eBay account, verify PayPal, link to eBay and leave it for at least 3 months and after that i start selling.
But since 2017 PayPal limit ALL MY MONEY!
I sell 10 items on 1 account, no cases and nothing, wait 21 days till the money is availible.. And no matter what i'm trying to do, i CAN'T buy or withdraw money at all!
At first i'm getting message "Unfortunately we could no procceed with your payment, please contact PayPal costumer Support" or some thing like that and after 1-2 days the PayPal account is limited!
But until i try to use my money every thing is just fine!! WHY IS THAT??
I lost about 5,000$ in those 12 accounts!
There was no link for sure i'm not a newbie! All data is clear and new, i had about 300 successful stealth accounts until now and first time it happens like that!
Whats going on??

Ohh and i'm not selling on eBay.com!
I'm selling on Australia eBay because they are more forgivible with high risk products and stuff like that and until they suspend me i withdraw my money and create new account but now i can't even do that!
And eBay is cool, PayPal are the problem!

You say that there is no linking, but if your getting all your accounts limited at the same time then I would have to say it does sound a lot like linking to me.

I thought at first but it not happens only to me.. The funny thing is that they get restricted only when i try to use them in any way... I hear from people that PayPal got serious but its too much..
They are not suspended all at once.. each one suspended only when i was trying to use the money.. all those 12 account suspended in range of about 45 days...

It does sound like something your doing is triggering it

PayPal don't just limit accounts without any reason if there is no trading history

What is it your using for an IP?

Sorry to hear that.

Are you selling similar products on all the accounts? You are making bulk accounts so i'm guessing the accounts were made around the same time?

They can look at some accounts and see similar email addresses, phone numbers,, browsers, credit card bins etc etc.

No matter how experienced you are if they put you under the microscope then usually it's not hard to link accounts

JamesNorth101 - I connect to my phone with access point and changing my IP by turning on and off the data on my cell phone and that changes the IP every time..

sax4 - Mainly yes i do sell similar items but on those account the products were different between one another... And every day i create about 3-4 accounts so all of them was created in a range of 3 days.
And phone, addresses, browsers and credit cards are different.. I use EntroPay to verify the PayPal and it never had problems..

Similar items on these accounts could be the issue. Could they be also considered "high risk"?

there is, they catch you there
you should have used a proxy instead of your phone
paypal have a algorythm to catch what device you are using
you just changed the ip but they can still see that the phone is the same for all accounts

I have the same issue of Paypal, All of the stealth accounts are asked for the ID address proof invoice and CC statement. It seem most of the seller have this issue after 10th Apr.
Even the old pp account after 1 years.
I am waiting for answer.
