Visa Gift Card Paypal Verification Help!

Ok so I sold a baseball card lot on Ebay about 2 weeks ago. The buyer sent payment and paypal limited my account, I had a different name on the account so there is no way I could get the payment so I just refunded the buyer their money. They still want the card and today I created a new paypal account and used a Simon.com VISA gift card to create the account. They sent payment to me again through there and BOOM! It got limited again! I tried to "verify the card" and when I did the $1.95 verifification charge with the 4 digital paypal code I went to check the balance on the website and it wasnt there. It just says this under the balance $1.95 PAYPAL INC 402-935-7733 US
Purchase - Membership Organizations not elsewhere classified. There is no 4 digit code! I have used a Simon.com gift card to open an account before and it worked fine when I verified the card number there was the 4 digit code. I tried typing those numbers in on the verification page and it said you have entered to many wrong numbers this card has been blocked! What am I doing wrong? Somebody help!

It can take a couple of hours, even a couple of days for the 4 digit number to show up. Just check it in a few hours and it should be there. If not, check it tomorrow.

Yeah, last time I did it it took 2-3 days in order to show up.

Dammit! I jumped the gun and now they blocked the card! Ok another question. So if I create a new account with a VISA Simon.com gift card, what is the receiving limit I should use to keep it from getting "limited". For this last transaction, I sent invoices for $400.00 and $457.00. She sent me payment but instantly after receiving it my account became limited and I was asked for my social, which I can't provide because its under a different name. I also sent the invoices under SERVICE. What should I do? I am going to refund the money and try to have it sent to another account that I create. The problem is I already mailed her the cards so I REALLY need the money now. How can I get the total payment $857.00 with a new paypal account without it getting limited using a VISA gift card.

That's to much to bring into a brand new paypal account. You should first get it verified, add a bank account and credit card. Even then you really need more then one account, you could have them send separate payments, instead of all at once.

See the problem is I can't verify a bank account as it is not a real name. All I want to do is receive the money from her and then I am going to buy something else off of ebay with it. I tried sending her the invoices for $457.00 and $400.00 but it didn't work. Should I just create another account and try again? Also, does paypal log your IP address?

Please do some reading, yes you can verify the bank account. Paypal does not see the name on the bank account.

Of course paypal logs your ip, PLEASE READ!
