Please help me guys

I have pp account in the USA with a female info and it got perm limited last year Oct and now I got email that I'm eligible to withdraw from the account now . My question is what bank in USA can I add to it that will accept mismatch name and won't be a problem please guy I need this my hard earned money so bad ...about $1900+ .also I was reading on the forum that pnc bank can do such did anyone try it yet? Thanks your contribution will be appreciated and can compensate you after my withdraw
