Contacting Paypal Singapore/Malaysia
Sorry for yet another message (following in from my posts in Paypal Talk)...
Does anyone have email addresses to any higher up contacts for a Thailand registered paypal account, usually this is handled by Singapore or Malaysia offices.
I have seen success stories for people getting the 180 days reduced to 45 on US & UK accounts using PayPal Office of Executive Escalations ppelce@paypal.co.uk (if you are in Europe) ppelce@paypal.com (if you are in the US).
Is there something similar for my account, or even better someone I can talk to for a last chance attempt to get my account restored, they refuse to talk to me on the phone about it and emails are just standard replies and come from a .com.cn email which is china (??) but when we call from here it is Singapore office.
