created new account to lift receiving limit they asking for id and proof of address on account

batter to send them now or when they limit the account?

I have the same doubt.
When creating stealth paypal accounts, can I lift limits providing ID Card and Proof of Address right after the creation of the account and even before I open my ebay account or do I have to wait untill I reach the 2,5k receiving limit?
Maybe it's suspicious to lift the limit without having any payment yet?
Because as the accounts will be stealth, I want to make sure the documents I will made are accepted. So I will not work on the accounts for nothing.

I prefer to send them in prior to starting to sell but make sure the quality is immaculate because if you are selling on that account and they refuse the docs your funds are stuck.

It wont make too much different to the pass rate.

If you think your selling items that may raise an eyebrow at PayPal though best to send them sooner rather than later (digital items for example). They can do a quick review of what your selling they lift the EU limits

Ok, so maybe a good strategy is to start selling some low risk items, and after even only having like 50€ of received payments or something send documents to lift eu limit?

Nothing is ever bullet proof though so just bare that in mind
