Lifting limit from Germany paypal, 2 attempts left
 

Hi,

My Germany paypal account has receiving limits and I tried to upload documents. This is stealth account and when I tried to upload document I get this error

"We are having trouble verifying your personal information. You have 2 attempts left to enter valid personal information."

This is first time I am getting this error. Earlier I managed one UK stealth account and documents were approved almost in few hours and limit was removed.

What I want to ask is:

1. Does Paypal verify information from any kind of third party data verification website and they can't find any individual with entered name + date of birth + address?

I can't understand why I am getting this error and how to deal with this.

Anybody help please.

Anybody please help. I tried again and now I get this message:

1 attempt left, what will happen next if I am fail to provide correct information. I am just entering correct information which I saved at the time of opening this account.

Help please?

After all attempts they will ask to upload documents

Anybody was ever able to verify without failing these thre attemps?? If yes hiw?

yes they check the german credit bureau called "Schufa" if you are not in there it will fail!

From where are you accessing your account?Germany or PK?

Have you added a VBA / Bank account to your pp?

Or only a VCC credit Card?

If so, where did you get the VCC James?

Yes, they do check the information entered against public records. If you are unable to be verified that way documents will be required usually.

just put the same name u register on paypal. then upload the document that has same name of it.then it should be clear comfirm iddentity within 10 minutes if no problem

So if i register and pay in "Schufa" official site! and retry my last attempt in paypal. will paypal confirms my ID ?
I just got this error of my German Paypal and i am f**d up...lol

You need an entry in their DB, not buy something from them.
Once you are in the DB it *should* go through without any problems
For example when i register paypal with schufa i can do whatever i want with the acount (within limits) and never get asked even for phone confirmation
Send me your accounts name, address, dob, phone nr and bank account if attached. I'll check it

I have 1 attempt left. I have some money in paypal now. Can I make a transfer to withdraw money to my linked bank account now?
