PayPal Limit / Supplier & Inventory info Asked
 

Hello, so my stealth PayPal got limited and they are asking for 5 documents, 3 of these documents are about my business. I sell digital goods and provide "gold farming" services for some video games, it is a completely one man business but they are asking me for my supplier & inventory statements which I legitimately don't have them. What should I do? If I called them will they understand that my "business" doesn't need these documents or should I try something else? I'm afraid if I call and they don't understand I will be put on 180 days hold instantly since I can't provide the info :help: :help:

I think the digital service is still allowed on paypal, although they hate the transaction without tracking number.

However, the reason they asked you for documents may be that you put the "gold" on your title. Gold is high risk item for paypal. I know you are not selling gold but the system can't recognize this so it asked you for more information.

I don't have gold in the title but I think it was because of alot of cash flow in a short period of time, I have other paypal accounts which I sold with the same digital items but got no issues, can't use them since they are linked to a banned eBay account though. I always picked the latest option when adding the tracking information to the orders which is "service rendered" so I'm not sure why would they ask for this kind of info since I'm obviously providing services

i have similar problem , It is not stealth account, its mine, i've sent them copyes of my id etc. and still they want additional info...

paypal is asking :

We're sorry, but we cannot restore full access to your account until we receive additional information.

Please provide a copy of each of the following items:



- Original bills of sale or invoices referencing your purchase or acquisition of the items you are selling, along with the name and telephone number of your supplier(s), for the last five payments received in your PayPal account.


I can send requested documents, but will they really call to my supplyers ?

@demtry, PP is known for not reinstating these kind of accounts selling ONLY digital goods and "video game gold farming" services. It's a pretty big hit-and-miss but now that you are affected, give it your best shot.

This is likely why. If you cannot provide all the documents PP is asking, you will have to call them up and negotiate or try

Thank you guys for the replys, I will call them when I'm ready to upload the
proof of ID documents then will update my account status here to tell you what happend after I get their answer, hopping for the best since the account has +1500€ funds in it
