added one visa card but not appeared during withdrawal

hello
i have paypal limited and now 180 days after limitation.i added one visa card to my account and it is verifed by 4 number code.. and i appears in list of cards.. when i try to withdraw my funds ,the card not appear in list , only the old card
what is the matter?
is there any one here sell vcc for limited paypal?

Confused on what you are trying to do, are you trying to withdraw funds to a VCC?

You cant withdraw to cards in a lot of countries (USA included) and you can not withdraw to a lot of VCCs (depends on the VCC but most are used for confirming a PP account only).
