My observations show that in order to sell safely, you need to list several very low risk items, sell them, then wait 30 days, then start listing your main items, sell them, and do not withdraw money in another 30 days.

How stupid would it be to refund the buyer, shut down the pp and open a new one and link it to the eg?

Does not get rid of the link and causes potential problems with the new pp because of the issues with the old pp

Worth a try in your opinion? I understand the link will stay, but the ebay account has 30/2k limit and would otherwise go to waste, instead of potentially selling up to 2.5k worth of items. I'm trying to find someone, who sells EU docs, but without success thus far.

There's one company 2nd I solution (don't want to give them free publicity.) Are they any good? They have a lot of reviews on BHW, but nobody has vouched for them here.

not today, but a few weeks ago.
I created the stealth back sept. Have been slowly selling $15 - $30 items for months. Then as soon as I thought I can sell my main item ($300 worth) I am hit with that paypal limitation asking for SSN.
I don't know what else to do :noidea:

Photo ID is quite easy compared to them wanting to SSN proof; inventory records and all the other crap. Just download a PSD and edit it to match your stealth's records.
