How is it????

So i have been selling software keys on ebay, not that many but a bit and i get the "paypal permanently limited" yet there are some people with three accounts on there selling thousands and have been for ages?? do they know a trick i dont???

You seem to be confusing PP with eBay.

Doesn't sound like eBay (so far) is stopping you from selling them.

How do you know these other sellers aren't adding other PP accounts to their listings when their current one gets limited?

Thats a very good point, thing is you have to keep getting new bank accounts for the new paypal account. is there any other payment system you can use on ebay??

Some accounts just get away with things whilst others don't. You can open savings accounts pretty easily, getting a new bank account is fairly simple.

You can't use any other payment systems on ebay UK unfortuantely.
