Ebay uk + irish PayPal what IP ?

I live in Ireland and i have Irish bank account in euro. I would like to buy stealth eBay uk account and Irish PayPal account. What IP i need ? Irish or UK ?

I would just get a UK IP - that wouldn't be too much of an issue.

It's more when both accounts are in a foreign country then you need to be careful and look as if you are in that country.

It is a nice combo by the way - works very well if you want to attach an IBAN from another country.

I know this was 2017. But where did you buy your Ireland PayPal?
