Paypal limited me for being with them since 2015

Bunch of scumb bags. Paypal limited my account ever since ive been with them since 2015 due to high chargebacks etc for the last 3 months. Yet I had a flawless record for over 1 year but now they have limited me. I need to get back on paypal without limitations whats the best method to do this? from my understanding i need to do this:


-get new ip address

-get new user account

-get new phone number

-get new bank account

is that it? does anyone have a live video demonstration on how to do this? also when i make a new account that means i need to wait 3 months for instant payments? is there any way around that? thanks.

Your name is banned from paypal.
So you cant use your name.
You need new:
Ip
Name & Adress
Bank account
Phone Number

can i use google voice? this is whats confusing how do i put new address? if i wanted to buy something etc also if i hear mix things about this that paypal cant see your name & addressed also what do have you created stealth accounts with long term success and how do you manage it? which ip provider you reccommend?

If you subscribed and read Stealth Book every question will be clear.
The easy way is if you create new identity of your friends or your cousin if u want to be someway legal.
You can use google voice of course. If you upload money from card to paypal they take your name and other details but only withdraw nothing problem.
For buy VPN or account ready, check the marketplace here in the forum. There are many verified seller with alot experience.
For managing many account have some alternatives, new device user account with new VPN amd browser or new vps or new browser and new ip for every account which you want to manage.

The account is toast.

As far as paypal is concerned you are a very high risk and the product must be shoddy. Im not saying that it is but thats what THEY think.

You can have one or two chargebacks depending on the volume that you sell at but even in the span of 3 months, they probably think you are just not responding and are super risky.

And do tell where your new plan is avoiding the high chargebacks that zapped you in the first place.

BTW, no sob stories needed. What in your old flawed business plan caused the issues?

Instead of figuring out how to make a new account, fix your fundamental problem, high rate of chargebacks. No matter how good you create an account if you don't fix the fundamental problem, it is no use....
