PayPal has restored my permanently limited account
 

Hey there!
My stealth PP account was spotted and permanently limited in feb. 2016 and yesterday i was surprised after i saw in my PP. The account now is not limited:shocked:, and the limit message, which appeared each time when I log in, now disappeared, no any notifications in my account. All options are available. No any limits shown anywhere. Looks like fresh clean account!

I have about 1800 usd stuck in there. So can I use this PP account now for selling and buying? Will PP limit my account after first money transfer?
Which is most safe way to withdraw all money? my daily withdrawal limit is 500usd, will it be safe to withdraw whole sum during 4 days? (390$+410$+450$+395$)

Id proceed with extreme caution.
Did you get an email about the restoration?

Any activity could retrigger the limitation.

That's too much withdrawal for a plan - too quickly.

Slow and steady here, it could be a mistake. Do whatever you can to avoid any eyes on your account and withdraw without them knowing.

day 1: 30 usd

day 3: 50 usd

day 5: 60 usd
day 6: 80 usd
day 7: 60 usd
day 8: 100 usd
day 9: 102 usd
day 10: 101 usd
day 11: 100.5 usd
day 12: 99.3 usd
etc...

Or maybe best choice is to spend this money for buying some iPhones?

First go with day 1 and see how the first deposit goes - let it hit the bank and report back
