PAYPAL Limited Again ASKING For ID again
When i opened The account i tried to add bank they Limited me Right away, They asked for photo Id i Uploaded it next day they restored my account. I made my first sale LOW RISK ITEM an got payment an BAM!!!!! Limited Again, an again there asking for Photo ID whats going on is this happening to other people as well? |

Yes, they can ask for ID more than once on the same account. Limitations happening more frequently after the first eBay sale, regardless of the amount or item(s) being sold. |

There are a few threads in the last week or two about paypal giving people problems the 1st-3rd payment received but they were selling high risk items.
What kind of set up do you run? VmWare? User accounts? Portable browsers?
What kind of BA? VBA or real BA? |

Using verizon fios, real bank, it just crazy cause when i opened the account they limited right away an ask me to summit photo Id, i did That The next day account got restored, Listed a low risk item for $18 an BAM again limited an they want PHOTO ID AGAIN... Makes No sence already gave it to them an they cleared. what is really going on with PayPal Crazy.. |

I dropped 37$ to extend my membership to read the thread in the subscribers section on this topic.
Do you only use real BA to set up your PP? or Vanilla Visa or MC too?
Hopefully there will be a work around. Like creating EB 1st and aging 30days b4 creating PP by adding only Visa using the EB link to PP, then buy > 20$ worth of items b4 selling 1st item and add BA later. Just a theory. What ever it takes not to get hit by the algorithm. |

These are the most probable reasons, unless you are skipping basic Stealth procedures.

i make ebay first when i do steath add CC to ebay wait 45 days aso, but in that time Browse around ebay.. Then make paypal account, but i dont add BA or CC to paypal for about 30 days, after selling a few items to make sure it's all good. The account that just got limited, i did the same but its all Real Info.. They must be really cracking down. What kills me is that they request same doc's over an over. |

Thats just it, It Not steath it's all real Info, Real Bank, CC, Phone, Matching names on everything, 1k/25k ebay.. I have like 8 accounts all steath no issues |

| So - just to clarify - you don't verify (with bank) or confirm (with cc) the PP at all before starting sales? |

| No.... i just add CC to ebay seller account.. I start selling an if all goes good not getting limited paypal from payments after 21-30 days then i add CC an BA.. No need to add it right away cause if you get limited first, 2nd or 3rd payment, you can try to restore it without wasting BA or CC |

| IMO that is major issue and opens your account to to being flagged.
You method is fine, but do yourself a favor and add and confirm a $10. VBA if you don't want to risk a Bank Account.

| I'm sorry i worded it wrong, I do add VBA to verify then if all is good i add Real bank.. My real issue is that i opened a real account.. I went to add a VBA they Limited me asked me for Photo ID, Summited it got restored was able to add VBA, Got Payment for $18 Limited me again, an again asked for photo id never happened to me before why would they need it again, They already got it |

I figure there has to be a simple solution to avoid PP's new algorithm that's caused all these resent issues other wise account sellers would be complaining too. |

| Making the accounts is easy, really no risk can make them at will.. it's getting past the 1st, 2nd or 3rd payment maybe 4th or 5th without getting hit with limitations, an why they ask for the same Doc's over an over agian Just Crazy |

Yeah if they're asking for the same documents even after the account was restored, that means their security algorithm is VERY picky and sensitive and it's an automated limitation. Illogical limitations like that are usually automated and calling in with a little persuasion can get it lifted without you even submitting anything. |
