Hi
I have the issue of Paypal, All of the stealth accounts are asked for the ID address proof invoice and CC statement. It seem most of the seller have this issue after 10th Apr.
Even the old pp account after 1 years.
I am waiting for answer.

Need more info about your accounts to give you an accurate answer it could be a number of things.

Dont generalize and say 'most sellers have this issue'.
I dont have this issue and none of the people I deal with have told theyre running into this issue.
Sounds more like the items youre selling are in a high risk category which would be the usual cause for this sort of situation.
Give us more info please.
What type of items are you selling would be a good place to start.

PP asking for ID verification is nothing new. It's their way of checking to see if you are who you claim to be. They just happen to be doing these types of limitations more frequently based on a variety of factors.

Sadly the days of using totally foofoo info (for stealth) will be numbered once PP starts cross referencing EVERY piece of info with both public records and CRA's (credit bureaus) much like banks already do when opening an account.

Just because "it was okay until 10th Apr" does not mean that the system necessarily changed...
