Can you freely withdraw, if you have between 1.8k and 2.5k in one year

Can I freely withdraw, if I've received between 1.8k and 2.5k in one year? Wondering whether I should take down all my listings and let the account rest for a few months or let it pass 1.8k. I currently have quite a bit of money pending for 2-3 more weeks and don't want to lose them, if my docs don't pass the verification.
