Anyone heard of Stripe can verify the funds recipient before you can receive the fund
 

I heart about that, the Kickstarter and indiegogo partner with Stripe can verify the recipient bank account with your SSN.
"Once you've completed your bank form, Stripe (our payments processor) will use the information you've provided to verify the funds recipient's identity."

How they can verify my bank account name?
I am sure BOA can received funds mismatch name by ACH.
