Please give me some suggestion about socks5 and VPN which one is better for running stealth eBay and PayPal account?

I recommend VPN as its simpler to use, and think of it as a more all round version of a proxy (i.e. socks5).

Either one can work as long they are:
A. Fresh - as in never used before.
B. Dedicated - used by you and you alone.

I have used a lot of different VPN providers but when I bought my last batch of accounts I bought them from Askpin and he told me in order to qualify for his guarantee I needed to use his VPN

Ok I figured hey the guy makes a few extra bucks and he knows I'm using decent VPNs right? No big deal.

I pay like 10.00 a month per VPN but the IP is always the same on each account month after month after month!

I run a lot of volume through my accounts and I sell in a fairly high risk category. I have not had one single issue with any of my accounts that I run through his VPNs.

I have used other VPNs that worked very well in the past but the ease of use of Askpins is so simple I wont use anything else now.
