Limited paypal
 

HI MY stealth paypal account is limited and i do not know what to do. I have had the account for about 7 months. Recently i had a few refunds and open cases with my ebay so that is why i am assuming i got limited.
they are asking for the following

1)proof of shipment
2)available inventory

i do not have proof of shipment for some items because i dropship with amazon.
and i do not have a supplier or merchant either. Any advice on how i can get around this and any fixed this problem

PP wants to know where you're getting your inventory from and it's a legit source. Either send them what they are looking for or you will remain limited.

If you mention to either EB or PP about you dropshipping, your accounts are gone. It's well known they frown on dropshipping. Been there, done that.

You have to give them what they want to get your account back. No way around it.
To get the proof of shipment just ship an empty envelope with tracking to the same zipcode to any random person in that area. Upload the shipping that will show items delivered.
As for inventory - youll need to get creative for that and generate invoices and such to show you bought items. The more authentic and convincing the documents you submit the better your odds of getting past this.
From my experience though he odds are not in your favor...

Depending on what you're selling you may be able to get the 'invoices, inventory' requirement removed. As for proof of shipment, did you happen to purchase the shipping labels online? A simple screenshot or 'statement' of sorts may be sufficient.
