Paying Taxes on a Banned Paypal

Quick Question. I know you will still have to pay taxes, but if you paypal is permanently banned will paypal still send you the 1099k form? And will you be able to access it?

Yes, I was banned dec 1 2016 permanently and I received a 1099 a few months later for 2016. I was able to access my account and download any excel files I wanted.

six months later I can withdraw from the account no problem. Already had a bank linked.
