How to withdraw funds after 180 days from a limited paypal?

Hi there,

So I had this stealth account created back in 2015 and somehow it got limited with money in it. i tried to recover but paypal responded saying funds will be available after 180 days to withdraw and i almost forgot about it, today i came across a mail while browsing my inbox and it said my funds are available, I am currently in need of money so i wanted to withdraw but since it is an stealth account based in malaysia i have neither bank account nor credit card to withdraw funds. is there any other means by which i can get the funds back?

will appreciate your response.

Thank you

I dont believe so.
Usually the only 2 methods available for withdrawal after 180 are either by bank withdrawal or by receiving a check.
The bank withdrawal option is usually only to the bank account youd already have attached to the paypal account and trying to add a new account is problematic and will likely require a call in - if it can even be done.
