Limited paypal after 180 days,can withdraw now
 

Hello,

My paypal was limited for 180 days,my account was philippines based,had the option to add visa card for withdrawals,i added the card back when paypal was working fine,i added entropay cad back then.I got the email saying that funds are ready for withdrawal,i withdrawn it to the entropay card,it said successfully withdrawn and amount was also shown in Euros,which is same currency in my entropay also,withdrawal status was pending and today changed to completed,My Question is will the withdrawal be processed successfully and added to my entropay account?
