hello
its been 180 days and now have ability to withdraw funds
its a US paypal account
is it possible to add payoneer bank account which is first century bank,and then withdraw to it

There have been a few posts about Payoneer working for some and not working for others - up to you to do the research and get in touch with the people for whom Payoneer has worked. How big of an amount are you dealing with to withdraw?

There have been some posts lately about some people having success with Payoneer - might want to reach out to them to check. I am still seeing some failures with Payoneer though.
