I have a question about VCC
 

I know there're a lot of people here selling VCC to verify US PayPal.

However once the PayPal is limited and they ask for credit card statement, what we should do?

My question is, most of sellers here are selling VCC which doesn't locate in US, yes it works fine at the beginning to verify it, but, once the account gets limited and ask for docs, how can we provide them these things?

You always can be creative but you can not use this VCC number to add on a BOA credit card statement.

If you be honest and if the seller is helpful to give you a template of the VCC statement, how can you show it to PayPal and tell them look my account is US but my credit card is from HK...

I don't know how you guys sort out this issue.

Yes, you can. Whilst they can check the BIN number and country of origin, more often than not they don't.

Are you sure? It's so easy to run a website and generate the card number and check it myself but PayPal not?

Yes, positive. Certainly not done it for a while but have restored well over 20 accounts with credit card statements where the VCC was not issued by the statement "issuer".
