I am loosing all my Ebay Stealth Accounts Due to Paypal!
I have been successfully using Stealth accounts for almost two years now but in the last month i have lost about 4 accounts due to the same exact issue.
On the Ebay account, I cannot relist any of my unsold items. When i try to do so, i get the following message:
"It looks like there's a problem with this listing:
Email address cannot be used for Paypal payments at this time.
You must have a valid PayPal Account in good standing to require immediate payment."
Not only that but i cannot receive payments from buyers on my active listings either. Several buyers have notified me about this issue and when i checked it myself i got the following message:
"The seller can't accept payments right now. Contact them for help"
The strange thing about this is that in all those 4 Paypal accounts i never get any message of restriction at all except the dreaded Tax ID message (even though i have been very careful to not exceed $1000 of sales every month)
Could it be the Paypal Tax ID requirement that is causing all these issues with the Ebay accounts. I am puzzled about this, because a few months ago, Paypal would let you know about it right after you logged in with a message stating the limitation but now you simply have no idea whether the Ebay account works unless you get to relist something or a buyer sends a message letting you know that you that you can't receive payments.
Does anyone have any insight on this? It would be very much appreciated because it seems like it will be a matter of time until all my stealth Ebay accounts will be affected with this Paypal issue.
