When i received first the payment
 

Hi Everyone,
I have problem this month started. I have paypal accounts created 2 month ago.
When i received the first payment the paypal account is limited.

I bought usa stalth account and received payment this month paypal limited, i try with small amount with other one account again limited.
I received huge payment like this accounts, it was working well any problem, a month ago.

What is the changed on paypal this month ?

PayPal is getting strict. I just figured out most of my pp accounts would sooner or later get limited and be asked for docs, if I use them to invoice my buyers.

But if you receive money through ebay transaction, this PayPal will stay much longer.

So I just open many PayPal to invoice my buyers as much as they can until it gets limited, then I wait for 180 days.

At the beginning it's painful as you have to wait for 6 months, but when it starts to run, well hell, it's just a part of game, and each 2 or 3 month I will withdraw a good sum of money from those 180 PayPal , so actually my cashflow is just as normal as usual.

If you have already attached a bank card on it, just keep this IP and still use this for the next 45 days to receive money until it's blocked.

Then you wait, from the date you receive this limitation message, after 180 days you will able to withdraw.

keep the same IP and keep on log into it during the 180 days.

After withdraw, delete it.

what do you normally use as a Static IP? if you dont mind me asking
