hy i make stealth paypal on mobile phone with different sims, my question is do i have to change cell phone or changin sim is just fine?

But the cookies on browser would cause link, no? If you don't change browser or phone...

Deleting cookies will make it more suspicious.

It's like logging in from a new location every single time.

I think you really need to read the ebay stealth , because the questions you are asking are very basic and you need to know them all before even starting to create an account.

Are you using the PayPal App? And Have you used the PayPal App on the same device?

@frenkki, maybe best not to do the paypal on cell phone - since you're not ready...stick to the computer as you master stealth

i use cell phone as dongle, i instal firefox portable and saved cookies, also i made new user.
