Payoneer as bank account after 180 days hold for US pp
 

I know payoneer doesnt work for US paypal anymore. However, when your 180 days hold expire, could you add a payoneer to withdraw the fund? Since you dont need to make a small deposit to verify the payoneer bank account, you simply need an account to receive money in an one-way direction.

you could, but it's Payoneer that causes the issues, so you run the risk of the payment being returned to Paypal

Why would payoneer do this? Mismatching name issue? Or just payoneer doesnt want to work with Paypal?

payoneer, as well as most "online" banks/debit cards are highly abused and risk of fraud is higher which is why they typically restrict deposits coming in as the same account holder.

@nimade71, better off going for a regular bank account - perhaps you can speak to HSBC for a US bank account?

Good idea, I should definitely try this. It is so hard to obtain a US bank account when physically in China. HSBC may be my best shot.
