Problem with paypal Ireland customer service!
 

After customer service escalated my request then there was a new limitation put on my 180 days limited paypal account! I had to call many times Paypal USA to get this fixed. So are there bad people working in Paypal Ireland who have too much power? :noidea:
I had problems with withdrawing money after 180 days.

The customer service portion of paypal is partly outsourced to Ireland.
There are no 'bad' people working there. There are employees who make judgments based on the info you give them and based on the guidelines theyre told to follow.

Im not too sure what you're asking, but if you have say an account on .co.uk you cant ring .com to have the issue resolved. You have to call the specific countries number.

I use to use Romanian PayPal's for the VCC withdraw, I would always call .co.uk so they could transfer me, they never did. I used to call .com and say I was a resident but I was living in Romania with a Romanian PayPal and they would always tell me to call that specific sites support.

I dont see how you have managed to say call the .com number to obtain direct support for your .co.uk account.

But why would they limit a paypal account again that has been already limited for 180 days? To keep money again 180 days? Is that a joke?

All that tells you really is that PayPal USA cannot deal with PayPal Romania issues.

PayPal USA (and eBay USA) can sometimes help with eBay and PayPal UK issues. Not always, but sometimes. It does depend on the time of day and the issue

Oh ****, never knew that. I tried once and was told they cannot help so I just assumed it as fact. Did you receive help for direct account issues or just general questions?

Lets say a limit, you're able to call PayPal US to handle a PayPal UK limit?

Again it really depends on the issue

Sometimes they can help with limitation issues other times they will transfer you to Ireland
