using old bank acc to limited paypal to withdraw funds
 

I don't want to waste a clean / new bank account and still have old bank accounts linked to limited paypals.

Can I use the old ones to other limited paypals in order to withdraw funds after 180 days?

I have 1 paypal with $600 in it, I accidentally closed the bank acc associated with it, and now need to add a bank but don't want to waste a new bank acc on it just to close after I receive the funds.

I did some research on the forum and found out the answer to be yes. You can withdraw your fund to an old bank acct after 180 days. But each bank can be used for maximum 3 times. This answer was posted couple years ago. Hope it still work.

if that paypal u use is usa paypal. u can use same bank account for 3 time

If you're old accounts are attached to PayPal accounts that are limited it simply wont let you add that bank account to another account. I dont know where you got the idea that bank accounts can be used 3 times? In the UK its always been the same, 1 bank per account, if you loose the account you loose the bank.
