Hello , today my account that i bought from here got limited.
they asking from me for SSN , ID ,Proof of address, etc...
How could i open this account ? this is a stealth account this is not my really info.

If theyre asking for the SSN its pretty much game over for that specific account.
Better think of getting started over and avoiding doing what it was that brought about this situation.

This is possible to use my ebay account , with another stealth account i have?
i mean, i have this working ebay account , and another account (with banned ebay) but the paypal still working.
there is an option that i can do it without linking this accounts?

if u still need that account i think u can buy the document that they are asking. or u can make a new paypal account.

I would avoid using the same eBay account with a new PayPal. I am like 99% sure its best to start fresh. You should try to figure out what may of caused the limit, clearly you have done something wrong thus moving on instantly will just put you in the same position you're in now.
