Does anyone get this message when they get an account limited

"We emailed you on asking for additional information about your account. Since we haven’t received a response from you, what you can do with your account has been limited further."

Whenever I get this message they have never emailed me before!

Go to PayPal.co.uk and login directly, look for the bell in the top right corner. Do you have any notice/messages stating your account has been limited?

two red indications in the top right corner is something i always dread finding as soon as i log in
