Provide Proof of Delivery Empty/Blank, No Transactions?
 

This is what shows up when I try to provide proof of delivery, I'm wondering if it has happened to anyone else. All the other things Paypal was asking for have been submitted, except for this one, because there are no transactions listed.

If I click continue it says "No tracking records have been provided. Please complete at least one and click 'Continue' again. Click 'Return to Resolution Center' to cancel the submission."

The limitation review process cannot proceed without this being completed, do I just wait it out and then Paypal with automatically review it eventually?

Did your product already shipped?Please scan your shipment documents.Maybe your buyer call paypal and asked those info.I had same issue a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ buyer dont provide info anything.then I called my manager he set limit to him and asking poof of shipment then in 3 days I got refund from paypal.

Hello, Email paypal through the message centre, they will add another button to upload the documents. Same thing happened with me.
