hi,
i had bussiness paypal acct for 3 year for ebay business and everything was find until last months, paypal permanent limited my acct regards: recent transactions violated our User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy, both of which you agreed to when signing up for your PayPal account. but my ebay is not been banned or suspended , is that means my ebay store had been black list on paypal too even i creat a brand new paypal acct with all new info to ebay again? it

Just call Paypal Team.they will help you.Sometime from other country stupid call center try to get your country representative.I had same issue but my managed fixed it and back to normal after send him some documents.

paypal is good if you are good.
