Paypal suspended because of credit card activity
I am using the same type of VCC as Loadoo, which begins with 46654402.
Today four of my paypal accounts got limited due to unusual activity on my credit card. The status of my VCC appears to be normal on the VCC website. Luckily, three out of the four accounts have zero balance.
What is the reason?
Bin begins with 46654402 has been abused?
Different billing address and name between paypal record and card record?
Use up the card balance at the same day after the paypal $1.95 refund?
Bad luck?
(I have at least ten other accts having no problem with this type of VCC, mismatching porfile, immediately used up balance) |
