Paypal Limited Advice
 

Hello, I am looking for some advice on my current situation.
I have a business paypal account, SSN added EIN added, real LLC registered. I am selling PC components, RAM, SSD and such. The items I sell are leftovers from customers that order custom built PCs from me. Yesterday I got this email from PP:

"Your PayPal account has been limited because we've noticed recent changes in the way you are exiting funds from your PayPal account. As your payment processor, we need to better understand these changes and how they relate to your sales"

I can provide almost everything that they ask for(ID, SSN, Business Info, Shipment info), but I got stuck on available inventory. The problem is all those items were bought from eBay, amazon and other major PC component retailers, with sales, coupons and mail-in rebates. Do you think Paypal would accept invoices and receipts from stores? What do you think are my chances, considering it is a real business account with real info?

Yes, you can submit a few of these receipts and explain that you buy these parts to part them out for resale. Once the things you buy from receipts/invoices line up you should be good to go.
