Hi i was just wondering if anybody has ever had there account restored in paypal after being permanently Limited?

It def possible,it happened to me after I waited the 180 days,but the thing u have to understand it that even after u get ur permanent limitation removed,it doesn't mean that it can't be limited again,bcuz it can,It really depends on the situation honestly. Please also keep in mind that I can't speak for people of stealth account solely because I didn't have a stealth account a day in my life,I've gave PP my real information, If it is a stealth account tho,it is possible as well,but you will have to submit a SSN and a State ID after the 180 days to prove the identity.

I read some where that someone just kept uploading a picture of a dog and eventually they unlimited the account. Makes you think how and what causes it to be reviewed by a computer/automated system or a human. Just send in something several times over again and again doesnt hurt especially if its already limited
