Phone verification cant add bank after 180 days

I tried adding a bank after 180 days now they are asking me for phone verification
I dont have the phone...
whats the way around this?

Try changing your password that has work for me

Will that work as well for the security check while logging in? Lost access to my phone numbers. I thought I remember waiting 3 or so days and the suspicious activity notification stopping on some of my older accounts. Does anyone know if thats the case with these.......thanks
