Email from paypal 1 month before 180 days
 

Hey guys,
I sent money to myself from one paypal to another (i know its a mistake), after somedays they limited me and asked documents, but no success even after sending all docs...

I need to wait 180 days to get money from 3 feb 2017

On 5th july they sent this mail

During a recent review of your account, we found that you received a payment that we believe was not authorized or was fraudulent.
Here are the details of the transaction for your reference:

Date: ××××
Amount: ×××××
Buyer's email: ××××

The funds for this transaction have been deducted from your PayPal account balance. If you are protected under our Seller Purchase Protection program,
we will credit the funds back to your PayPal account. To help us make this determination, please email the following information to rbp@paypal.com by 7/19/2017.

• The item, service, or purpose of the purchase, and the value.
• Proof of inventory associated with the sales.
• If shipped, the method, date, and tracking number for the shipment.
• Details of any related transactions.
• A phone number where you can be reached during the day and evening.
• Insurance information, if applicable.

Any additional information you have about this transaction will help our investigation.
If we do not receive the requested information by 7/19/2017 then we will close the Seller Purchase Protection program claim and will not refund the transaction amount to you.


As it was payment to myself as good and service
Money is not even in any account from two

I called them, they said give all details (mainly tracking otherwise you will not get money, vwry rudely)

What to do?

Well you already answered your question.

Someone has filed a chargeback for an item you sold to them.
Paypal wont find in your favour unless you supply a tracking number.

But both are my own account, i sent to myself, no chargback and no claim...

have you checked this is not a spam email?

Message is in my paypals message center, and if it was spam only where is my money gone....

Your money is probably being held in the limbo right now. Paypal most likely will reverse the funds to the sending account once the deadline from the message has been passed.

As this has been mentioned millions of times on the forum, never send money between your own accounts. It will only cause you trouble.

Pavesi, have you considered reading the ebay stealth yet?

I think it'll help you greatly with the account foundation and how to operate them correctly.

And I agree with what everyone in here said. Mistake made, mistake learned. It's ok
