Paypal account limited and looking for verification

Hi

i need help to verify my limited stealth paypal account. I have got email to withdraw payment but am not able to add bank account.

I have been told to submit Proof of ID and Address. The account is QC, Canada.

Can anyone help me on this?

you can call to add a bank account after 180 days and your funds are available

you need to submit the ID and address. get creative.
