Hi i have a stealth canadian paypal account limited 200 days ago. Now i can withdraw the money but i dont have a bank account in canada or usa. How can i solve this problem?

You need to use some kind of serve provider, who provides this service for you. Who has the possibility of getting US bank accounts. Long time ago I used this service provider, but it cost me 35% fee of the paypal limited account balance. I don't have any more his contact information.
