Paypal Limted after 10 days
 
this is 3rd time in 2 months
here is the info related to my account. it was stealth
- new computer that was never used on paypal
- new fresh unused ip
- card i used was for verification was from Payoneer (Paypal was UK it was Personal acc not Business)
- had around 8 payments (6 from ebay and 2 from other site) all max value around 20gbp

what triggered limitation, too much transactions? payoneer card? or they becoming more strict?

Most probably coz of the payoneer card. Is it perma limited? I giess it might be temp limited and in that case you can just provide ll the proofs they ask and get that reinstated. Get the docs photoshoped and call them after uploading it.

Shaban, have you read the stealth guide yet?

Right now it's a little hard to figure out why, but you should really follow the guide and start there. Then compare notes with the guide with what you potentially could have done
