PayPal limited, and they removed card. Something new?

Hello,

Today one of my accounts got limited. Nothing new, have experienced a lot of cases and however using stealth accounts successfully for a years.
But email like that I am seeing for the first time.

Anyone else have ever see this? Do you have any clue why they removed my card?
Card is valid, with balance. Everything fine at bank side.

No I have never seen them email about removing a card. Ever.
I have received emails informing card billing address has been changed. Or card is about to expire but they have never removed it unless I imitated the deletion. Very interesting keep us posted curious to see if you figure out why
